Community Guidelines

Lens & Muse exists to make the paperwork around a shoot simple and safe. These guidelines apply to every card, photo, shoot, document and reference on the Service, in the app and on the web.
Zero tolerance
- Nudity or sexual content. Every photo on Lens & Muse must be safe for work. This applies regardless of your level tags (which describe shoot genres, e.g. "art nude", for planning purposes only — they do not permit nude photos on your card).
- Harassment or threats. No abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards another user, in shoot notes, contact details, or a reference.
- Impersonation. Your account must represent you, not someone else.
- Under-18 users. Lens & Muse is 18+ only. Any account or content reasonably believed to involve someone under 18 is removed immediately.
How it's enforced
- Report is available on every card, photo, reference and shoot — in the app and on the web. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours.
- Automated screening. Every uploaded photo is screened by an automated moderation system before it is visible to anyone else. Content that may violate these guidelines is held for manual review rather than published.
- Auto-hide. A photo reported for nudity by two separate people, or any content reported as involving someone under 18, is hidden at once pending review.
- Block. You can block anyone at any time. Blocking is silent and immediately stops that person from viewing your card, claiming your shoots, or contacting you.
- Consequences. Depending on severity, we may remove content, suspend an account, or permanently delete an account that breaks these guidelines.
What Lens & Muse is not
Lens & Muse has no public directory, no search or browse, no "nearby" discovery and no in-app messaging outside a shoot record. Cards and shoot links are private and reachable only by a link you choose to share. If you receive an invite or a link that makes you uncomfortable, use Report.
