Terms of Use
By creating an account or using Lens & Muse (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by Mudimedia Yazılım ("we", "us"). You must be 18 or older to use Lens & Muse.
What Lens & Muse is
Lens & Muse is a shoot diary, a private shareable card, and a tool for creating and electronically signing model release, TFP and paid-shoot agreements between a model and a photographer. It complements platforms like PurplePort, Model Mayhem and Instagram — it does not replace discovery on those platforms, and Lens & Muse has no search, browse, "nearby" or messaging features in the current version.
Subscriptions and purchases
Signing a document, viewing a shared card, and confirming a shoot are always free. Models can use the diary, card and signing features free of charge. Photographers (and anyone creating a document as the non-model party) get 3 free documents; after that:
- Lens & Muse Pro — Monthly: £6.99, billed monthly, auto-renewing.
- Lens & Muse Pro — Yearly: £49.99, billed annually, auto-renewing.
- 5-document pack: £4.99, a one-time (non-renewing) purchase of 5 document credits.
Pro subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method is charged through your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and again at each renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings — Lens & Muse cannot cancel it for you. Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies; we do not process refunds directly. Prices may vary by territory and are shown in your local currency at purchase.
This app uses Apple's standard end-user licence agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, in addition to these Terms.
Documents are not legal advice
The model release, TFP agreement and paid-shoot agreement templates offered in Lens & Muse are generic templates provided for convenience. They are not legal advice, and Lens & Muse is not a law firm. We do not review, approve or guarantee that any document is suitable for your specific situation, enforceable, or compliant with every applicable law. Lens & Muse is not a party to any agreement created or signed through the Service — the agreement is between you and the other signer only. If you need legal advice about a specific shoot or agreement, consult a qualified solicitor.
Electronic signatures
When you or a counterpart sign a document through Lens & Muse, that signature — together with the timestamp, IP address, device information and the exact document text hash shown at the time of signing — is recorded as part of the document's audit trail and printed on the signed PDF. Signed documents and their audit trail are retained for 7 years, then permanently deleted. Electronic signatures created this way are intended to be admissible in evidence under the Electronic Communications Act 2000.
Community guidelines — zero tolerance
Lens & Muse has zero tolerance for nudity, harassment and abuse. By using the Service you agree to:
- Upload only content you have the right to use, and only safe-for-work photos. Every photo is automatically screened, and any flagged photo is held for manual review.
- Never send or request nudity, sexual content, harassment or threats through the Service.
- Be who you say you are — no impersonation, and no accounts for anyone under 18.
- Report anything that breaks these rules using the Report action available on every card, photo, reference and shoot page. We review every report within 24 hours.
We may hide content automatically pending review — for example, a photo reported for nudity by two separate people, or any content reported as involving someone under 18 — and we may suspend or delete accounts that break these guidelines, with or without notice, at our discretion. Blocking
You can block another user at any time. Blocking is silent: the other person is not told. Once blocked, they can no longer view your card, claim your shoots, or contact you through the Service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lens & Muse to upload content you do not have the right to use, to harass or impersonate anyone, to circumvent the age gate, or to attempt to access another user's data. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute Service data, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings, or at lensandmuse.co/delete-account.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mudimedia Yazılım is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes, losses or damages arising from an agreement you enter into with another user. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new version date above, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
